Not again!  Putting in a new impeller on the starboard side and

the same thing happens again.  We had to put in a new water pump!

We need to find out what the real culprit is!  The only thing we can think of

is the number on the impeller is different from the numbers on the 

one in the water pump? but, we compared the new with the old impeller

and they both look exactly the same? and they were left with the boat?
 Taking both water pumps to Bay Shore when we get back to get to the
bottom of this! Thankfully we won't have to change the impeller again before
we get home!  We are running out of water pumps!!!

 Jeanette, I can safely say "Bob loves his shirt"  He won't let me retire it!

Well after spending more hours on the impeller than necessary, we finally got it done.  I can say we because I must have had to start the engine 100 times and run over to the starboard side to check and see if water was coming out....so I helped !!!

We made it into town today, but unfortunately, our camera didn't.  Wrightsville Beach was quite full today with lots of vacationers.  

We went to Robert's Grocery to do some grocery shopping and the place was cleaned out!  Literally!  The only thing available was home made cookies and beer.  Well that's not true, they did have some homemade fried chicken and 4 small pieces of fish which I bought the last of!

After walking town for a bit we came back to the boat and crashed.  Not sure why we were so exhausted but we had one heck of a nap!

Tomorrow we are headed for Camp Lejeune, NC.  We are probably spending two days there, it looks like the weather on Tuesday is going to be rainy and cold.
