Bob snorkeling down by the barge in Grand Cay
Today was a beautiful day with 83 degree weather unlike what is going on at home! You guys got hit pretty good with snow and cold this last couple of days! Happy to be here, I am, I am!
Jayne and I did get our exercise in this morning, and very proud to say we did, it was a rough start! Bob went snorkeling while we exercised and took some more great video. After all exercising was done it was time for Bob and I to get serious with boat work! He did a lot of cleaning and I dropped off 5 loads of laundry to be done then I came back here and started cleaning the stainless steel. I am really ready to get serious now because it is time to put up Christmas lights and I want them to be sparkling on clean stainless steel!
In the meantime, this boat comes over with hundreds of 1.5 pound lobsters ready to be cooked and wanted to know if we wanted any? We asked what we could get for $10 and the driver of the boat said "Aww, just go ahead and give them a dozen" and then they threw in 2 extra! Talk about a feast! We'll be flaggin' him down again today if we see him....in the meantime, a guy that works at the marina, Danny, said he would send the fish boat over today, he said the fish is better than lobster! We will see. After eating we had to lay down a bit, stomach's were full!
Later we went back into town and had a beer while waiting for the laundry to finish. I guess we waited too long because the woman showed up at the bar letting me know the clothes were ready. I gotta tell ya, I like dropping clothes off and picking them up all nice and clean and ready to be put away! Best load of laundry I've ever done!
After town we went back to Dream Catcher and had dinner with a couple of drinks and said our good nights. The end of another beautiful day! Still can't load photos but will continue trying!
