Today was a very, very, busy day.  We got up and had breakfast and while I was updating the blog Bob jumped in the dinghy and followed a scuba boat out to the Atlantic.  An hour later he came back and said it was too rough to go out that far to dive for lobster!
After that we took a 5 mile walk on the island.  Another boater next to us wants us to go diving with him on Friday morning.  We asked where he went and he said he went over to the Atlantic side.  He said there was a nice coral reef there.  We asked how he got there and he said he walked to the beach.  We questioned him about all the scuba gear and he said he wears his wetsuit and carries his tank.  So we decided to do the walk to see what it was all about and we came to the conclusion, the guy is crazy! We won’t be doing that trek with him! During our walk I was taking pictures of all the different flowers.  I was about a foot off the road taking a picture when all of a sudden my ankle was hurting bad!  I looked down and there were about 8 fire ants on my foot!  I have never been bitten by them before and boy does it hurt bad!!  It was a good couple of hours before the pain actually subsided.
After our jaunt we came back to the boat, cleaned up, grabbed our dirty laundry and headed off to Happy Hour at the Bluff Marina.  The laundry facilities are right there which made it very convenient to accomplish two important tasks at one time!  Best laundry day I’ve had (except the one in Grand Cay when I just dropped it off and went to the bar!) in a long, long time!  Believe it or not our laundry outlasted our Happy Hour.  We had to leave with wet clothes because we were getting a little too cheery, so we came back to the boat, hung our clothes outside to dry and then continued the party on Dream Catcher!  Even we had to admit we were a bit loud!!
By the end of the day, our clothes were clean and drying, our bellies were full and we are happy, happy, people!!  Sweet Dreams!
